The obligations and job roles for the off-campus drive are mentioned below.

• client service and troubleshooting: Quickly address client questions about Shakudo's AI & Data Platform, such as setup, deployment, data pipelines, integrations, AI/ML processes, and system performance.
• Escalation and Documentation: Keep thorough records of client concerns and the steps taken to resolve them. As needed, escalate problems to internal teams to guarantee seamless transitions and prompt resolution.
• Interaction & Cooperation: Using written communication tools (such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, and email), offer technical help that is professional, straightforward, and succinct. Work together with the product and engineering teams to find solutions for persistent problems.
• Platform Areas & Technologies: Focus on a number of Shakudo platform areas, including platform deployment, Kubernetes, Docker, data pipelines, storage (Postgres, NoSQL, MinIO), integrations, AI/ML workflows (MLflow, OpenAI, LLM tools), and system performance monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana). 

Qualifications required for Shakudo:

• Experience in technical support, IT Help Desk, or similar customer service positions for one to three years, with a solid grasp of cloud-native, DevOps, or artificial intelligence.
• ability to use Docker and Kubernetes to troubleshoot containerized setups.
• expertise with AI/ML processes, including knowledge of frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and MLflow as well as tools for integrating APIs.
• expertise in offering technical assistance in cloud settings, such as AWS and Azure.
• Outstanding written communication abilities in English, include the capacity to succinctly communicate intricate technical ideas.
• proactive approach to customer service and problem-solving that pays close attention to details.
• knowledge of customer issue tracking and ticketing platforms such as Zendesk or ServiceNow.
• knowledge of updating and maintaining technical documentation.

Schedule:

• The staff will be divided into three main time zones in order to provide round-the-clock assistance:
• India IST, or standard time:
• Duty Hours: Early EU and APAC hours are covered. Shifts are usually scheduled from IST night to early EST (e.g., 8 hours, which roughly corresponds to 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM EST).
• Duty Hours: North America and late EU hours are covered by Eastern Standard Time (EST). 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST is the typical shift.
• Late North America is covered by Pacific Standard Time (PST): Duty Hours, which makes the transition to APAC easier. normal workday, which runs from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM EST.

Selection Process:
