• The duties of a customer service trainer include providing all front-line employees with grooming and customer service training.
• To improve comprehension and preserve a competitive edge, offer situational management training that works. 
• Provide etiquette and grooming instruction, including makeup application, to all necessary employees.
• Create and update grooming and customer service training materials on a regular basis while adhering to the highest industry standards.
• Encourage creative approaches to cost reduction, process enhancement, and training without sacrificing service standards. 
• Assure optimal LMS use and develop video-based training courses for customer service and grooming/etiquette.
• Assume accountability and make sure grooming requirements are fulfilled for both in-flight and airport services training.
• Perform BMI As needed, check for employees.
• The organization's grooming and MU standards and make sure that employees follow them to the letter.
• Maintaining records and creating and updating the MIS, presentations, and grooming manual as needed
• Make sure to keep up with the latest trends in cosmetics products and designs.
• Work together with brands to secure favorable terms for our employees.

• Cabin crew duties include following the government's, the DGCA's, and corporate manuals' established standard operating procedures to the letter and staying informed about them.
• Keep abreast of the latest rules, regulations, and procedures pertaining to aircraft operations. Stay up to date on the most recent safety and service announcements, alerts, protocols, initiatives, and promotions.
• Strict commitment to turn-out and grooming requirements for the company. While on duty and during layovers, exercise responsibility and project a professional image.
• In charge of ensuring that required and regulatory training and papers are valid, issued on time, renewed, and extended
• .Make that all sales inventory, reservations for meals, and other catering uplifts are by catering documents by conducting a thorough galley handover.
• Engage with consumers positively and proactively to maintain great public relations in the cabin (be the brand ambassador).
• Make sure that performance is maintained on time.
• It is your responsibility to notify the in-flight manager of any problems, inconsistencies, noncompliance, or galley and cabin flaws.
• As specified in the Announcement book, make all pertinent announcements (if authorized based on announcement ratings).
• Finish all pre- and post-flight tasks.

Qualifications required for Akasa Air:

• Additional information and functional knowledge/skills are needed for handling airport operations and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Appropriate computing skills
• Positivity and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
