• Enter billing information and meter readings accurately.
• Enter primary utility data, together with additional billing and usage data, accurately into a range of reports and formats.
• Inform customers and invoice specialists of any irregularities in the readings or utility rates that have been entered into the various systems and reports.
• Create reports and bills in Excel and PDF formats, upload tenant charge files, and, if necessary, send invoices by email to clients and tenants.
• Monitor the assignments' progress in Microsoft Planner.
• Answer and screen incoming calls from customers with questions about submeter billing.
• Give clients polite, useful directions to the person they need to speak with.
• Help with the rate-related research that is necessary for creating invoices.
• As needed, give entry-level team members training.
• Inform other employees that you are available to take on more responsibilities.
• Attend team or corporate meetings.
• Support initiatives aimed at streamlining procedures.
• carry out additional related tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications required for Genea:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience and/or training, a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Required computer skills: familiarity with and experience with Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Team; data entry using a 10-keypad; and keyboard typing.
