• Oversee the onboarding of new clients, assisting them with account setup, compliance (KYB & KYC) approvals, and paperwork.
• Work together with the Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to make sure that the onboarding process runs smoothly.
• Create and send bills, keeping an eye on billing cycles to ensure correct and timely payments.
• Updating and maintaining customer records while guaranteeing the correctness and integrity of the data is done thus.
• Produce incisive reports and examine customer data to spot trends and patterns that will guide strategic choices.
• Streamline onboarding procedures proactively to improve productivity and delivery time.
• Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and clients, responding to questions and offering assistance.

Qualifications required for Volopay:

• one or more years of customer success experience, with an emphasis on data management and onboarding.
• It is extremely desirable to have Microsoft Excel, ZohoDesk, and HubSpot proficiency.
• a love of reporting, data analysis, and client interaction.
• demonstrated capacity to assist internal and external stakeholders in a proactive manner.
• Excellent flexibility and a robust capacity to perform well under duress in a hectic setting.
• the ability to work a flexible schedule between Singapore and India's two time zones.
