The obligations and job roles for Off-Campus Drive are mentioned below. 

• Serve as the principal point of contact for assigned clients daily by building, maintaining, and strengthening strong, trustworthy relationships that lead to high levels of client satisfaction. 
• To guarantee that payroll data is received and delivered on time and in compliance with payroll schedules 
• Collaboration with regional in-country payroll providers to minimize escalations and achieve delivery deadlines 
• In charge of submitting all payroll data to the necessary partners and/or clients on time and accurately 
• By predetermined payroll schedules, accountable for timely receipt and transmission of net pay and payroll reports 
• Assure data validation and reconciliation by established payroll processing guidelines and standards. 
• utilizing our case management technology to handle customer, internal regional service center, and local office queries and guarantee a complete resolution by business service level agreements 

Qualifications required for Safeguard Global:

• Possess self-motivation, the capacity to reach predetermined objectives, and strong planning, organizing, and prioritizing abilities as well as the capacity to learn. 
• Spanish is preferred; fluency in spoken and written English is required.  
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities Capacity to work in a methodical and disciplined manner 
• Ability to think analytically.
