• Take part in recording every procedure in the GitLab manual, and update it with your Sales Development Manager as necessary.
• Increase attendance at local marketing events by collaborating with Corporate and Field Marketing.
• Serve as a mentor to assist newly hired BDRs in navigating their primary accounts.

• Two or more years of professional job experience Prior experience in the tech sector or in sales, marketing, or development is advantageous.
• Experience in outbound prospecting is advantageous.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required worldwide as it is our corporate language.
