• As the primary point of contact for the major business projects in the transformation portfolio, the lead is essential to the change structure.
• Create and carry out internal communication campaigns and narratives to encourage a deeper comprehension of the bank's transformational objectives and pillars.
• Boost and unify the Transformation Group's (TG) overall messaging throughout the pillars.
• Collaborate with internal partners to create communications materials that align with TG aspects, such as the Group Marketing & Communications, HR, T&O COO, and communications teams.
• Create engaging material to entice coworkers to use communication platforms. Manage and curate the different channels of communication to guarantee that the message and channel reach are optimized.
• Content for a range of internal communication channels, including the intranet, knowledge portals, and routine email bulletins, should be planned, edited, and written.
• Make sure staff and stakeholders are informed about organizational initiatives and projects in an effective manner.
• Oversee the creation and execution of the bank's transformation agenda.
• Oversee the adoption and value creation of Gen AI use cases for DBIL and drive their deployment.
• Work along with the Business COOs and perform PM is in charge of the Transformation workbook.
• Report on Transformation Workstreams and provide top management with informational updates.

• A skilled communicator who can elicit buy-in from stakeholders through the use of words and data; strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities

• a bachelor's degree from an institution or comparable experience
