• Actively communicate with clients to learn about their goals and how Microsoft 365 may help them achieve them.
• Provide clients with information on Microsoft 365 services and solutions, as well as best practices for enhancing teamwork and productivity.
• Assist customers in evaluating the potential benefits of a Microsoft 365 subscription, providing personalized recommendations and tailored demos.
• Give clients advice on various features and subscription packages so they may select the one that best suits their requirements and budget.
• Help customers by providing step-by-step instructions, troubleshooting, and assistance in setting up new subscriptions or improving current ones.
• Keep abreast with the most recent Microsoft 365 upgrades and additions, and successfully inform your clients about them.
• Keep track of technical problems and their fixes in a knowledge base.
• Work together with other technical support engineers to find solutions for challenging technical problems.
• Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction, concentrating on boosting license usage and guiding clients from grace period to permanent usage.

Technical Requirements:

• A computer that is not connected to the network of another business and is not controlled by any remote management tools or inventory systems
• Windows 10 Pro (latest updates installed)
• 8 GB of RAM at minimum (16 is preferable)
• Processor Core i3 (i5 is suggested)
• A minimum hard drive size of 256GB (a 256 SSD is suggested)
• A local area network, or LAN, is necessary.
• Freelancers will not use WiFi to connect to the given systems and tools due to security regulations.
• 10 Mbps upload speed and a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps
• No installed third-party antivirus software
• Media players that are compatible with Teams
• Not a phone headset, but a microphone and headset with background noise cancellation
• A webcam that is ideally capable of supporting Windows Hello Technology
