• Accepting rotation, weekends, and any shifts, but only for five days.
• Recognise the Service Delivery system and SLAs in order to provide outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Primary Accountabilities/Results
• First Level Support.
• Provide prompt, effective, and amiable customer support in order to address and address customer enquiries regarding issues with software, hardware, and network operations.
• Continually accomplish Initial Communication Metric for resolution performance
• Keep accurate records of calls and cases.
•  Recognise and adhere to the time constraints set by your customers.
• Inform the customer of the resolution process if a ticket needs to be sent out.
• Track down and complete cases and requests from the Service Centre.
• Give clients request numbers and problem reference numbers.
• Every ticket will be handled on a "first in, first out" basis, with daily calls to the consumer.
• If on-site assistance is required, escalate tickets as necessary.
• comprehension of the client's SLA expectations.
•  Help with cross-training and share short fixes.
• Control time and effort to ensure that service levels are met in advance.
• By validating contacts, you can keep the data in the Service Centre accurate.
• Find and record the processes and procedures that must be shared with the team or added to the knowledge base.
