• Add every contract you've received to our in-house system.
• Organise brief notes in our in-house system.
• Answer emails on data entry and other teams' assignments.
• Effectively communicate with clinic partners, collaborating with them one-on-one through written or verbal means to settle disputes, finish contracts, and offer required assistance
• Address queries from Accounts Payable to Procurement regarding cost disparities between received invoices and negotiated rates.
• help with invoicing by providing the missing data that is needed for billing 
• Updates from audits in the provider and clinic databases
• We regularly audit and verify the completeness and accuracy of our internal vendor database, which includes, but is not limited to:
• Addresses
• Operating hours
• Rules and regulations
• Services provided Cost of Services 
• Respond to every call and reroute it as needed.
• Finish other assignments or projects as needed.

Qualifications required for  Sterling:

• Outstanding proficiency and mastery in both spoken and written English
• Capacity to recognize and oversee several tasks
• a keen eye for detail and excellent organizing abilities
• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and judgment abilities
• the capacity to prioritize tasks and perform autonomously without direct supervision
• Capacity to collaborate with others in a team to achieve desired outcomes
• Ability to use pivot tables, lookups, and other advanced features in Microsoft Excel to organise and analyze large amounts of line-item detail
• 1-2 years of relevant experience from employment or an internship
• competent with Microsoft Office 365 and CRM; holds a high school diploma
