Qualifications required for FIS:

• a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or education, or a comparable set of courses, workshops, or professional experience.
• familiarity with the goods, services, and business processes of the company
• Experience coordinating projects is preferred.
• Proficient communication, interpersonal, time-management, and planning abilities
• strong background in designing training programs
• Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking
• proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint among other MS Office programs
• the capacity to function both alone and together
