• In charge of CAM preparation and note-posting (reviews, responses to risk department observations, etc.)
• evaluating a borrower's creditworthiness and preparing loan proposals by ensuring that their needs are met by the current product lineup and credit policy rules
• reviewing and renewing accounts
• keeping up a reasonable TAT for a variety of tasks, including rating, writing evaluation notes, renewing, etc.

2. Roles and Responsibilities of Business Development Associate/ Executive:

• The duties of a business development associate or executive include pitching new clients on bank and third-party products.
• carrying out daily marketing campaigns and going local to meet new clients
• making contact with current clients to request additional deposits and expanding product cross-selling
• Fulfil daily and monthly sales goals as set by the company. Obtain all necessary qualifications for the position.
• Finish all of the learning exercises that the bank occasionally offers.
• Every day, record customer interactions in the bank's CRM system. Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements for compliance with each activity.
• Take part in and adhere to any initiatives that the bank periodically launches.

Qualifications required for Axis Bank:

• Knowledge, abilities, and more information needed: a solid grasp of financial principles and ratios
• strong written and verbal communication skills in both the local language and English.
