• The position of Webinar Sales & Customer Support Executive is full-time remote. 
• In addition to handling outbound and incoming calls, responding to support and customer inquiries, turning inquiries into sales.
• establishing and maintaining automated email sequences, overseeing the Learning Management System (LMS).
• utilizing WhatsApp tools for communication, offering prompt and efficient customer support.
• working with other team members to enhance procedures and the customer experience are among your responsibilities.

Qualifications required for ScaleX:

• Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking
• strong multitasking and organizing skills
• competence with automated messaging systems and email sequences
• knowledge of Sensy and Wati AI, two popular LMS platforms and technologies
• prior sales or customer service expertise, particularly in a remote environment
• Capacity to effectively manage several lines of communication (emails, WhatsApp, calls)
• willingness to work on the weekends in exchange for comp time off
• a desire to understand the newest trends and best practices.
