1. KYC Operations Associate

The yearly remuneration for the position of KYC Operations Associate will be around Rs 499,200 PA. • Flexibility in switching between data and phone channels
• Observe the prescribed procedure instructions to resolve the issue. Gain the trust of your clients through their interactions
• Capacity to achieve daily and hourly production targets
• Raise the necessary level of support from the appropriate teams to address consumer concerns.
• Make suggestions for process enhancements
• Assist and inform clients so they can take full advantage of PhonePe.

Qualifications of KYC Operations Associate:

• Possess outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
• possess a strong capacity for learning
• Engage in active listening and handle objections skillfully.
• possess a strong focus on the needs of the consumer and the flexibility to react to various situations
• Be adaptable, receptive to criticism, and a team player.
• Capacity to efficiently prioritize, multitask, and manage time Must be able to communicate in both Hindi and English.
