• The Administration Executive's duties include keeping the crew database up to date.
• Update the crew's profile in the system and create a new one.
• Keep crew leave cards, personal files, crew contact information, and crew addresses up to date.
• Monitor the workforce for maternity leave, sick leave, resignations, etc.
• Maintain a log or tracker of the crew's attire and gear.
• Keep track of stationery items at the base.
• Keep an inventory of fixed assets.
• Write letters of appreciation, reprimand, etc.
• Check-in with HR for transfer letters.
• As needed, work on specific assignments.

Qualifications of Administration Executive/ Senior Executive.:

• Proficiency in computer usage, coupled with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, is essential.
