SBI Card Recruitment 2024 Salary:

The yearly remuneration for associate, executive, and KYC support positions will be between Rs. 309,600 and Rs. 349,920 PA. • Make sure that all rules and policies pertaining to the video KYC procedure and KYC papers are strictly followed.
• Make sure that the decision files and system are updated accurately for the cases' final conclusions.
• Prioritise and close any urgent emails from internal stakeholders or customers, as well as any referrals.
• Examine the procedure, proactively find any gaps, and indicate any adjustments that need to be made.
• Keep track of the duties related to each process and allocate them for any new modifications to policies or procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities of Executive:

• In charge of carrying out the rules governing credit card policies Make sure decisions are made without error and uphold the necessary standards for quality scores.
• Creating a positive and cooperative work environment with everyone Improve policy changes.

Roles and Responsibilities of Associate:

• Associate duties include reviewing credit card applications.
• Verify if the application complies with KYC regulations.
• Check credit in papers using predetermined guidelines and enter income calculations
• Make sure the choice is made accurately and within the time frame specified. Documents about tempering must be verified.

Qualifications of KYC Support Associate, Executive and Associate:

• Understanding and Proficiency Requirements: Proficient in communication; mature and professional
• strong IT and computer abilities Excellent at completing assignments as assigned
• Process-driven and conforming
• attention to detail.

SBI Card Recruitment Selection Process:

Candidates will be chosen for SBI Card hiring based on their performance in the assessment test, shortlisting process, and phone or in-person interview.
