1. Numerator Work from Home Jobs 2024 Roles and Responsibilities of Project Coordinator:

The obligations and job roles for Off-Campus Drive are mentioned below. 

• In charge of carrying out the complete operational management of all survey research projects, including field management, sample selection, quality control checks, questionnaire review and finalization, data analysis and tabulation in collaboration with the client services and execution teams, and survey programming and deployment.
• In order to ensure that assigned projects are completed to the highest standard, serve as the point of contact for the Client Service teams (Research Managers & Survey Research Specialists), Consulting teams (Consultants & Analysts), Survey Operations teams (Pre-field, Post-field, Charting, etc.), and/or other Cross-Functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering, etc.).
• Directly in charge of carrying out templated studies and providing assistance for all custom projects.
• In charge of and accountable for upholding Numerator's exceptional quality standards throughout the project, managing deadlines, and collaborating with our international operations teams.
• In charge of maintaining all project specifications and KPIs for assigned projects in our project management software, making sure that appropriate controls and alarms are in place in case a project deviates from its intended scope.
• Throughout the project cycle, they are in charge of proactive communication and innovative troubleshooting.
• assigned to internal projects that advance the Numerator survey in some way.
• Depending on experience level manages projects that get more complicated and involves keeping stakeholders informed during the fieldwork.

Qualifications of Project Coordinator:

• strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the capacity to set priorities.
• thrives in a setting that is growth-oriented and fast-paced.
• extremely cooperative and team-focused focus.
• Adaptable and plenty of energy.
• While not necessary, prior expertise in a relevant sector such as project management, survey research, insights, or marketing is preferred.
• It's also advantageous to have prior survey software knowledge with programmes like Qualtrics, Decipher, Alchemer, SPSS, etc.
