• generating training data sets to enhance the voice, coherence, accuracy, and/or fluency of AI models
• Data annotation to support AI models that reflect human values
• examining and enhancing the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of AI model-generated text as well as expert-generated training data to make sure it complies with language norms and standards
• working closely to enhance and iterate data sets with cross-functional teams made up of software engineers, researchers, and data scientists
• assisting in the development of data recipes and AI-model training specifications
• navigating a changing environment, adjusting to new rules, and setting flexible priorities
• attaining the desired KPIs within the allotted data production intervals, such as the daily job count and the average handle time per job

Qualifications of Writing Specialist:

• a bachelor's or master's degree in journalism, creative writing, linguistics, English, or a related field
• outstanding ability to write (in English)
• strong command of syntax, grammar, and semantics
• Capacity to revise and enhance textual communication in a multitude of domains
• imaginative thinker
• a keen eye for detail and well-developed online research abilities
• Capacity to welcome varied teams
• Adaptability to flourish in a changing environment and the grace to change course when necessary to meet shifting objectives and guidelines
