• Making reservations over-the-phone

• addressing phone calls from customers with questions. 
• Participate in the pre-and post-flight briefings. 
• Installing the check-in kiosks. 
• checking through checked luggage. 
• Sustain excellent standards for the check-in processes. 
• to fulfill the particular requirements of clients. 
• to help clients whose luggage has been mishandled or destroyed. Assemble the necessary reports for the same. 
• coordinating the damaged suitcases with the luggage vendor. 
• Check-in with the en-route stations for any misplaced luggage after takeoff 
• submitting the required flying paperwork 
• Any additional duties that the management may occasionally delegate
