• Client Support: Keep an eye on clients and respond quickly to their inquiries by phone, email, and live chat.
• Troubleshoot client tickets and offer detailed instructions or solutions.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal teams, elevating difficult problems or comments as needed to guarantee prompt resolution.
• Assist clients in making efficient use of the SP digital logistics platform by responding to questions about how to set up accounts and navigate its features and functionalities.
•  Customer Success - Strengthening Adoption:
• Keep an eye on client KPI adherence and user acceptance throughout the platform.
• Review sessions are a proactive way to include users and promote product uptake and value.
• Always look for ways to improve the customer experience by finding ways to streamline procedures.
• Put initiatives into action to raise customer happiness and engagement.
• Encourage a favorable user experience by offering prompt and efficient assistance.

Qualifications for Customer Support - Trainee (SaaS) (Remote):

• Preferably a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration, or a similar discipline.
• competent with presentations and/or Excel.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, including the capacity to explain technical concepts to clients who are not technical in a clear and straightforward manner.
• strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards answering questions and concerns from clients.
• Any prior experience with help desk work, CRM software, logistics software, basic technological troubleshooting, or a similar client-facing function is advantageous.
• willing to work a flexible schedule as necessary to meet the commercial demands of clients.
