• Daily operational assistance through operations management Booking administration on OS, including refusal of check-in and reimbursements.
• settling all partner disputes via email and chat
• Oversee and edit OTA listings for hotel partner assistance.
• Inform and address any questions about policy stances on visitors, inventories, and partners.
• Notification of upcoming enhancements, support for current features, and exception troubleshooting
• With the assistance of the revenue team, address questions about price and inventories.
• Using calls and chat, assist properties with self-check-in.
