• Write Special deals: Come up with attractive special deals, complete with titles and descriptions, for nearby vendors. Input offers into a mobile app for resident involvement using a proprietary tool.
• Write Events: Create headings and synopses for forthcoming events. Use a proprietary tool to enter event details into the mobile application. Make careful to choose appropriate photos and check the measurements.
• Make Flyers: Using event data from the mobile app, create visually appealing promotional flyers for events held at flats. Select suitable images, then email flyers to your clientele.
• Match Data: Cross-reference names and email addresses to associate inhabitants with Google reviews.
• Update Contact Information: Ensure that all of your systems have up-to-date, correct client contact information.
• Approval: Examine and, in compliance with the standards, accept or reject user-suggested resident groupings.
• Customer correspondence: Respond to consumers in a timely and courteous manner, keeping track of correspondence to update customer records.

Qualifications for Customer Success Associate:

• Ability to communicate and stay organised with Gmail
• knowledge of using Canva to create promotional materials
• prior work experience in customer success positions
• Excellent writing abilities in English and an attention to detail are required. Marketing expertise is beneficial.
• Extremely meticulous and well-organized person
• At all times, treat consumers with professionalism, empathy, and positivity.
• self-motivated bachelor's degree
• Good to have: familiarity with client relationship management using Hubspot
• Work schedule: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST (four hours ahead of EST)
