Qualifications for IT Support Associate:

• exceptional communication skills both in writing and speaking.
• outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
• Both courteous and professional over the phone.
• Capacity to communicate technical concepts to clients and staff, both technical and non-technical.
• strong ability to analyse and solve problems.
• broad knowledge of the MacOS operating system.
