1. Validus Work from Home Jobs 2024 Roles and Responsibilities of Operations Executive:

The obligations and job roles for Off-Campus Drive are mentioned below. 

• Take part in processing general operations tasks, such as document management, account servicing, and customer onboarding.
• It is advantageous to have prior experience processing loans, including but not limited to loan applications, disbursements, repayments, refunds, credit administration, etc.
• Make sure that the promised SLA is processed promptly and on time.
• Verify that procedures and controls follow rules (internal, regulatory, etc.)
• Assure prompt and efficient reporting of possible problems and their resolution.
• Collaborate closely with different internal and external stakeholders (Credit, Front Office, Compliance, etc.) to finish necessary processing and address any difficulties that may arise.
• Respond to inquiries about operational procedures.
• Participate in system enhancements (requirements collection, testing, etc.) and process evaluations (including mapping of processes).
• Establish and manage operational protocols.

Qualifications for Operations Executive:

• The minimum amount of diploma holders
• 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Working remotely on Singapore time.

• a productive team member with strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Capable of expressing yourself clearly.
• Results-driven and customer-focused; capable of working on their own, sometimes under duress.
• strong organising and analytical abilities.
• Possess Google or Microsoft Excel sheets in advance (with pivot tables, lookups, and data tables included).
• Fluency in the English language is required.
• capable of working both independently and successfully in a group.
