• Customer service duties (voice and chat processes) Answer emails and online conversations.

• Adjust invoices in compliance with business guidelines. • Help clients with account-based service or feature modifications
• React to any problems causing a service interruption.
• Depending on the type of service issue, open a trouble ticket.
• Examine, separate, and identify technical issues.

• Customer concerns should be escalated in line with corporate guidelines.
• Apply cheque, credit card and fund transfer payments to the accounts of customers.
• Attend to any general questions from customers.

• Assist in implementing and maintaining SAP financials. Analyse difficult business process needs in detail and offer suitable system solutions.
• Lead workshops to gather requirements for the business. Map the goals, procedures, and business needs of the client. Construct, alter, set up, and test.
• Determine gaps and problems, then devise workarounds.
• Serve as a point of contact for the technical team and the business functions.
• As needed, offer ad hoc training and user assistance.
• Offer consultancy services for ongoing support projects as well as new implementations.

• Proficiency in written and oral communication is a necessary skill set.
