• For a portfolio of clients, carry out and oversee the implementation of customer health and adoption plans that include onboarding, training, live usage, and long-term relationship building.
• Organise the onboarding process for customers.
• Keep track of and record action plan outcomes and progress, and as necessary, follow the appropriate escalation procedures.
• Keep track of, prioritise, and inform internal stakeholders about customer complaints.
• Make sure that current clients are kept in the specified portfolio.
• Encourage growth by looking for ways to grow.
• Enable the portfolio's account renewal process.

Qualifications for Customer Success Advocate:

• a minimum of one year's work experience
• experience in sales or account management.
• Excellent communication and presenting skills.
• strong facilitation and training abilities.
• elevated empathy for customers.
• incredibly perceptive, imaginative, and analytical.
• well-organized and detail oriented.
• Capable of operating with little supervision and under pressure.
• quick learner who can adjust with the times.
