•  Manage the ticket queue.
•  Track and troubleshoot incoming customer ticket requests.
•  should possess demonstrable understanding of computer functions and systems.
•  oversee and handle provisioning of user accounts.
•  Join our Rackspace FLR team as a professional service desk representative with strong customer service skills, specialising on business software support, including Microsoft Office.
• to guarantee that every ticket is handled satisfactorily and within the applicable SLA.
•  giving callers access to a call logging feature and rudimentary technical support. Additionally, you will see to it that the numerous tickets are tracked and investigated.
• Analyse capabilities gaps and promote ongoing service enhancements for all end-user support services.
•  Own tickets for the duration of their life in accordance with the ITIL framework.
• Inform clients about their own open tickets on a regular basis.
• Excellently handle calls, including those involving email updates, and customer support.
•  It is advantageous to have some technical IT knowledge, experience working within the framework, and knowledge of ITIL, especially Service Now.

Qualifications for Support Technician (helpdesk) Job Profile:

• Geographical mandate: Global clientele
• competent assistance for Microsoft goods.
• the ability to set up devices such as printers within the Windows operating system
• Need to be willing to work in a 24/7 setting
• strong knowledge of Office 365 (user and group), Active Directory (forming and managing distribution/security groups), and Windows 10 OS (deployment and support)
• Fundamental understanding of Azure Incident management and proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware
• knowledgeable about re-imaging or installing device OS.
• knowledge of the fundamental cross-platform troubleshooting chores (ping, traceroute, etc.)
