• Partner rates with lodging providers are negotiated, and we make the reservation for our clients.
• Make travel arrangements for our clients.
• On behalf of Journee, engage in negotiations with seasoned suppliers and make reservations for our users.
• When initial plans become unfeasible, look for substitute experience suppliers.
• Handle rebookings and cancellations proactively in case anything changes.
• assist in creating the final travel schedule that our clients employ to discover their secret location.
• Look up the top attractions and activities to do at various locations across the globe.

Qualifications for Trip Coordinator Job Profile:

• a bachelor's degree.
• extreme focus on details and minimal grace period for errors.
• incredibly well-structured, deadline-driven, and organised.
• able to adhere to procedures in a fast and precise manner; identifying ways to make them better is a bonus.
• strong communication abilities overall and in written English.
• ardent tourist with a keen sense of location and unique travel encounters.
• Travel experience in the past is advantageous but not required.
• Although not required, prior experience managing substantial amounts of customer funds is advantageous.
• Additionally, since this is a work-from-home position, you must always have a personal laptop and dependable, fast internet (or anything else that you may need to be effective).
