1. Indigo Airlines Recruitment 2024 Roles and Responsibilities of Executive Cargo Operations:

The obligations and job roles for Off-Campus Drive are mentioned below.

• handling of cargo shipments.
• Manage cargo operations in compliance with the standards and laws that apply, as outlined in this manual.
• Before accepting, make sure the packet or AWB has the correct weight, packing, and markings. 
• Ensure cargo is manifested correctly by sales planning.
• Verify that the cargo is correctly shipped from the warehouse together with any necessary paperwork.
• Ensure that the right reports and documentation are produced. 
• Verify that flights are properly segregated, and trolleys are made up. 
•  Verify that cargo is loaded and unloaded from airplanes correctly. 
• Ensure that the right communications are sent to the appropriate locations for documents, freight, etc. 
• Ensure that inbound cargo is appropriately separated, and delivered to the consignee and that any discrepancies are appropriately communicated. 
• Ensure that all necessary daily equipment maintenance is completed.
•  Maintain communication with customs, AAI, and CUT Operator to make sure all government regulations are followed.
• Ensure that delivery orders to Customs and carting orders for Ahmedabad export cargo are issued.
• Ensure that the computer is used for accurate shipment booking and reservations. 
• Ensure that the cargo is verified and accepted waybills 
• Ensure that the cargo agents issue accurate waybills.
• If necessary, prepare and carry out customs paperwork on behalf of the assigned product. 
• Issue an airway bill on behalf of the assigned product.
• Monitor the work of the loaders and make sure that assigned tasks are completed ground-handling correctly. 
• Oversee the duties carried out by the ground handling. 
• personnel on the ramp.
• Verify that the ground support equipment is up to date on maintenance and complies with safety regulations. Additionally, every asset is maintained tidy and in functional order.
• Verify that all SOPs and safety/security measures about cargo operations are followed.
• Recognize and adhere to the safety obligations and accountabilities outlined in the IndiGo SMS Manual's Chapter Safety Policy and Goals.
