• Collaborate with the client's internal recruiting team to proactively source and prequalify applicants in response to certain client requests.
• Utilise innovative approaches (such as email blasts, LinkedIn mail, connection invites, job postings, and so on) to pique candidates' interest and guarantee that talent pipelines are continually reinforced to meet both present demands and future business expansion.
• Use profiling to pre-qualify talent and use phone calls and emails to gauge interest level and timeliness.
• On behalf of team members, arrange interview times with clients and candidates.
• Locate and preserve the contact details of running pipelines.
• Determine and put into practice fresh, creative approaches to find and engage with a wide range of applicants.
• Continually add new and updated candidate records to LinkedIn Projects, ATS (Dynamics), and other internal and external databases.

Qualifications for Business Analyst & Junior Copywriter Job Profile:

• Possess strong interpersonal skills, a US accent, and the capacity to interact with candidates and stakeholders in an effective manner.
• solid background in recruitment and a thorough awareness of the US labour market.
• strong analytical abilities and the capacity to carry out exhaustive candidate assessments.
• proficiency with Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job boards; in particular, with Breezy HR ATS.
• familiarity with local employment laws and rules.
• Capacity to multitask and operate in a fast-paced work setting.
• Dedicated team player with a solid work ethic and the tact to handle private information.
• Duration: One year, with potential for prolongation
• Hourly rate of ₹351.78 to ₹844.15, as compensation. Considering the need for full-time assistance, the estimated monthly income falls between ₹30,000 and ₹70,000.
• Work schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM PST / 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST, Monday through Friday, including a night shift by US Time Zones. Furthermore, the timetable is subject to modification based on the requirements of the function.
• bonuses every month that vary from ₹15,000 to ₹50,000 and are dependent upon reaching goals.
• Internet requirements: For best results, a LAN connection is advised, and a minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps is necessary.
