• Processing of invoices, two- and three-way matching
• Setting up merchants or altering current vendors
• Scheduling and overseeing payments.
• AP Close / Plan the Helpdesk activity.
• T&E Evaluations
• Effective query handling and resolution by the Process
• escalation to the supervisor for problems that are too complicated to solve.
• Create reports pertaining to processes. 
• Task prioritisation, such as resolving escalated queries
• Address issues with inter-team dependencies, such as payment status and invoice status.
