1. ResultsCX Work from Home Jobs 2024 Roles and Responsibilities of Real Time Analyst:

The obligations and job roles for Off-Campus Drive are mentioned below.

• You will be managing several call queues in real time in this role.
• To make sure scheduled coverage is provided at the interval level, keep an eye on staffing levels at each site.
• Oversee a variety of in-the-moment KPIs, including: After Call, Average Handle Time, Average Speed of Answer, Occupancy, and Schedule Adherence. Work with a matrix with predetermined cutoff points.
• Manage outages and crises (Encouraging communication between site management and IT workers).
• Oversee the daily, weekly, monthly, and interval plan targets.
• Deliver Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports to the teams responsible for client and results management.
• Create and carry out KPI Action Plans to advance performance objectives.
• In order to guarantee the best possible personnel coverage on a daily and weekly basis, collaborate closely with the global resource planners (scheduling and forecasting).
• Make skilling modifications in real time.
• operate as Results' primary point of contact with our Client Partners.
• Lead Local Resource Planners (LRPs) in real time as they help the company manage its intraday staffing needs.

Technical Qualifications:

• We are seeking a someone with an analytical mindset.
• Outstanding turnout.
• strong communication abilities both in writing and speaking
• strong attention to detail and a cooperative attitude
• Outstanding ability to solve problems
• Expertise in using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; familiarity with One Note is an asset.
