• collaborating closely with the current Pearson teams in China, India, the UK, and Australia. The chosen candidate will speak English, Punjabi, and Hindi with ease. They will serve as Pearson Partners in India's initial point of contact when they need assistance with their clients' journeys.
• Help the third line support staff with operational duties for PTE Academic and associated products' internal and external stakeholders.
• Giving partners feedback and training to make sure they have the appropriate information on hand
• Make certain that every customer service inquiry is handled appropriately and within the team's 24-hour Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Keep track of client inquiries across all channels and respond to them appropriately by phone and email regarding PTE Academic issues.
• For the benefit of internal stakeholders and external clients, maintain and update procedures, policies, and procedure documentation. Maintain and keep an eye on methods for tracking and reporting service quality that are intended to spot any discrepancies, patterns, or overachievement of standards and to quickly and proactively address any problems that may arise.
• Oversee customer service enhancement initiatives while coordinating with other Pearson departments to guarantee the implementation of methodical improvement techniques (where needed).
