1. Pearson Work from Home Jobs 2024 Roles and Responsibilities of Rights/Permission Analyst:

- Collaborate closely with important players in the production and content development teams to support best practices for sourcing and rights.
- Manage the clearance, investigation, and delivery of assets in compliance with Pearson's Preferred Sourcing Strategy and negotiate permissions with rights holders. Execute rights and permissions (R&P) requirements for projects.
- Acquire knowledge of and proficiency with Pearson's primary R&P systems, IPM, Blueprint, and Tableau, which are Rights Management tools.
- Engage in demand and publishing planning to guarantee adequate and suitable plans and resources for future projects, and work with product/portfolio teams to advance rights strategy.
- Oversee the accomplishment of all rights management milestones for projects across the content development and production process (initiate, plan, execute, control, close), collaborating with vendors and the portfolio and development/production teams.
- knowledgeable about the goals of the project and the roles and procedures that affect rights-related activities; maximise permission work for effectiveness, results, and quality.
- Throughout the course of the project, keep an eye on and update project information and produce related paperwork, reports, and work.
- Maintain open lines of communication, track performance, and enforce R&P standards, KPIs, and SLAs with the company and contract workers.
Technical Qualifications:
- a degree, an equivalent postsecondary education pertinent to the role, or comparable experience
- Proficiency in or prior expertise with media/copyright law is advantageous.
- Knowledge, abilities, and skills:*
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills (to recognise and address questions, mistakes, and other challenges)
- Strong project and time management abilities, ability to fulfil deadlines, and prioritise based on project needs or stakeholder requests.
