• Inquiries from clients and/or the internal team should be promptly researched and addressed.
• Keep up-to-date customer data, and report problems as soon as they happen so that they can be appropriately addressed or escalated.
• When necessary, make corrections, credit memos, and rebills.
• To examine deviations and reconcile the transactions.
• Help with requests for audits.
• month-end balance check between the platform and the invoicing system.
• As needed, lend a hand to the collecting team.

Technical Qualifications:

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, V-Lookups, keyboard shortcuts, etc., is a must (required skill).
• experience in billing that is relevant.
• Experience with the order to cash cycle of accounts receivable.
• Be mindful of the details.
• practical understanding of accounting concepts.
• Strong organisational abilities that demonstrate the capacity to handle several jobs with ease and a high level of attention to detail.
• Needs to be a self-starter with outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of Oracle R12 is a plus.
