• volume trends to make sure that SLAs are fulfilled. 
• Increase agent productivity by closely collaborating with operations managers to reduce costs overall.
• Use the GWFM's analytical, reporting, and management features.
• Create reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, then send them to the Senior Management Team and GCS leadership. 
• Collaborate with the GCS executive group on projects that bolster overall operations and new business development. 
• Make sure all GWFM activities are under control to meet client and operational objectives. 
• Reporting alterations to the WFM plan's assumptions
• System and technical issues getting worse.
• CMS data reporting, including call volumes, SL, and skill-specific abandonment rates.
• modifying the CSR skill parameters as necessary

Technical Qualifications:

• a strong grasp of writing, speaking, and reading in the English language.
• outstanding proficiency in Macros and Excel
• adept at using a variety of PC programmes, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the Internet
• strong mathematical and analytical abilities
• Observant, precise, and goal-oriented, with a keen sense of detail. Strong communication abilities
• the capacity to prioritise while being independent.
• Capacity to work on multiple projects at once. 
• tactical executor and strategic thinker 
• strong analytical skills to produce plans based on data from the past and present. 
• Education beyond high school or work experience

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Shift timings: nine hours will pass between 5:30 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. IST.
• Both Saturday and Sunday Fixed Weekly Offs Night Allowance is paid to employees who work shifts that end later than 9:00 p.m.
