• Collects the project data required to finish and contributes to the creation of project plans.
• Gathers information on project performance, acts as a procedural and/or analytical specialist, and represents a team or settlement unit in support of deliverables and initiatives.
• Keeps track of project problems and their fixes, then creates and records the project work.
• Provides a breakdown of the project's change control actions in a structured document.
• Applies approved modifications to project artefacts.
• Collects information to produce a project schedule management strategy.
• Creates reports on variances to monitor project estimates against real data.
• Helps to provide reports that are required for the finance organisation to track project costs by analysing data from the project budget.
• Generates reports to assess how well project managers are performing in comparison to the requirements.
• Makes certain that all project documentation is up to date, such as the communication plan, risk management plan, and project charter.

Technical Qualifications:

• Requirements: 0–2 years of related experience
• A bachelor's degree in an IT, MIS, or computer science-related field.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint.
• Effective Written, Verbal, and Presentation Communication Skills and a strong aptitude for analysis.
• Background in process automation is advantageous.
• Education: A bachelor's degree from a university or similar experience
