1. Airtel Recruitment Roles and Responsibilities of Customer Grievance Officer:

• Answering all of the questions and making sure there are no repeats or escalations. Additionally, CGO is in charge of handling client complaints within the specified timeframes.
• In charge of one or more districts and will spend a predetermined amount of time visiting each district's designated areas.
• Will oversee operations in the designated geographic area.
• Will handle any complaints that clients may have. CGO will compile complaints made through the access point and send them via CRM to the central staff.
• As the bank's front-line representatives, CGOs should inform customers about the grievance redressal process, the timeline for resolving their complaints, the name, address, and phone number of the Principal Nodal Officer, as well as the contact information for the local Banking Ombudsman.
• CGO ought to be up to date on the terms and conditions of the bank's policies about the range of products it offers. 
• If the complaint relates to a specific consumer, CGO shall provide the complainant with information about the complaint escalation process. CGO should get in touch with the relevant party via phone, email, or in-person to resolve the grievance, ideally within a day. 
• The Banking Ombudsman, the Reserve Bank of India's Consumer Education and Protection Department, and consumer forums should all receive complaints, and CGO should give them first priority.
• The bank's new and current goods and services should be marketed and promoted by CGO.
• CGO must abide by all banking policies set forth by the bank's shareholders or board of directors.

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
