• Ensure outstanding client satisfaction.
• Meet quality criteria for all contacts you've handled.
• Complete 9 hours of staff time on each day that is on the roster.
• Manage contacts while achieving KPI targets under predetermined parameters.
 

2. Roles and Responsibilities for Customer Service Associate (Chat Support).

The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

• Addressing customer inquiries received via WebChat, email, and social media
• Provide product and service information to inform existing and prospective customers.
• Ensure that client records are accurate.
• Determine the most pressing concerns and inform the team leader and operations team of them.
• Attend team meetings and contribute actively.
 

Required Qualification and Skills for Tech Mahindra Work from Home jobs for Freshers 2023 -  knowledge of putting process improvements into action 

• Superior customer service abilities
• Excellent Hindi oral communication skills; must be able to read, understand, and write in English; must be able to type 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy

• willing to work night shifts and rotating shifts
• Must be able to communicate in simple Hindi and English.
• Respond to all inquiries politely and professionally; collaborate with the team.
