- Answer calls from customers with questions and help - end users.
- escalate urgent problems in accordance with client requirements to the relevant lead.
- Offer suggestions for process improvements and best practices.
- Keep up with new upgrades, process modifications, and updates.
- Keep up your outstanding attendance and timeliness.
- Ensure outstanding client satisfaction.
- Meet quality criteria for all contacts you've handled.
- Complete 9 hours of staff time on each day that is on the roster.
- Manage contacts while achieving KPI targets under predetermined parameters.
2. Roles and Responsibilities for Customer Service Associate (Chat Support).

- Addressing customer inquiries received via WebChat, email, and social media
- Provide product and service information to inform existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure that client records are accurate.
- Determine the most pressing concerns and inform the team leader and operations team of them.
- Attend team meetings and contribute actively.
- Superior customer service abilities
- Excellent Hindi oral communication skills; must be able to read, understand, and write in English; must be able to type 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy
- enthusiastic in providing customer service and demonstrates a strong focus on the needs of the customer
- willing to work night shifts and rotating shifts
- Must be able to communicate in simple Hindi and English.
- Respond to all inquiries politely and professionally; collaborate with the team.
Selection Process Criteria for Tech Mahindra Jobs for Freshers -
