1. Different Roles and Responsibilities of Infosys, Associate HR:

- 1.HR Operations,
- In order to ensure effective HR service delivery, the Associate HR plans, implements and oversees HR operations in an employee life cycle from pre-joining through Exit management.
- 2. Employee Support
- If the Executive or IBPO are unable to resolve the issue, the Associate HR takes over. The executive will be notified, and the procedure documentation will be updated.
- 3. Hiring
- The Associate HR will serve as the operational level point of contact for recruitment and coordinate panel requirements in accordance with company recruiting policies.
- 4. Staff Assimilation
- The Associate HR will carry out tasks in accordance with the onboarding and induction procedures unique to each unit. To evaluate the success of the onboarding process, s/he will solicit input from new hires and compile metrics of the assimilation and induction phases.
- 5. Deployment
- The Associate HR enables the deployment of new hires both inside and outside the unit in accordance with the unit's authorized manpower strategy and routinely monitors the bench strength. In order to properly manage the various resource deployment techniques, s/he deals with the employee concerns/questions of those waiting.
- 6. Performance Administration
- In order to ensure new hire goal setting, appraisal process education, appraisal closes, and taking escalation, the Associate HR will develop a plan to execute the performance management areas, monitor and drive adherence to plan, and drive plan execution. Together with the PMs, s/he completes the PIP process post-appraisal at the DU/DC. In order to guarantee that the fundamentals of performance management culture are upheld in the unit, s/he reports the status and progress of these areas and emphasizes areas of concern for corrective action.
- 7. Compensation and Benefits Administration
- The Associate HE will be responsible for owning and carrying out the system closure to corporate and data input components within the timescales specified. Within established service central SLAs, s/he will respond to employee questions about policies and other C&B inquiries to be in compliance with the timeframes and ensure the closure of the grievance accurately.
- 8. Staff Development
- The ITP improvement status will be reported to delivery on a monthly basis by the Associate HR in the MIS. To increase the proportion of cases that require intervention, s/he will coordinate and nudge the delivery of numbers for each batch.
- 9. Engagement of employees
- According to the unit's and corporate HR's established strategy and rules, the Associate HR develops and implements the employee engagement and communication calendar. In order to effectively engage employees at work, s/he gathers feedback, assesses the effectiveness of the initiatives, and incorporates the results into upcoming activities.
- 10. Governance and welfare of employees
- The Associate HR will manage employee crises at the DU level, resolve the grievance at the first level, and escalate properly as needed. They will also coordinate and carry out the employee care program in accordance with the given plan. He gives advice to the staff and offers warnings.
