• Provide prompt, accurate responses to customer requests (for quotations, order processing, product information, and order tracking information) within the allotted time constraints.
• Develop and keep up proactive working knowledge of given accounts.
• Develop and keep up proactive working knowledge of strategic OEM goods and services. 
• technical configurations must be built and validated using in-depth knowledge of and proficiency with WWT tools, processes, and partner-facing applications. working understanding of the quote and order processes for direct and indirect sources of supply. 
• Utilise product promotions and rebate incentives proactively. 
• Practical experience with the partner registration procedure.  
• the capacity to spot opportunities for upselling or adding services Provide key stakeholders with proactive thorough quote and order management reports.
• Assisting, mentoring, and integrating new sales operations workers

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
