Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

• Knowledge of managing work amongst different teams.

• To assist a PM with the following duties, one would need

• Basic Project meeting coordination: creating, maintaining, and distributing meeting minutes, project documentation, and updates
• Help the project manager with the execution of the project by entering project schedules, monitoring status updates, and making sure all milestones, actions, and deadlines are reached on time.
• To ensure project activities are completed on schedule, follow up on action items with key stakeholders and task owners.
• Good organisational skills and project coordinating experience;

Success-enhancing abilities and qualities required:

• exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Possess a strong sense of organisation and the capacity for organised thought.
• Maintain/update all trackers linked to the project, such as the budget tracker, risk tracker, and project plan.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills should be displayed.
• Show attention to detail.
• Be adaptable and prepared to change your duties to meet evolving business requirements.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
