• Create and oversee a lead pipeline of multi-discipline education programmes for senior and top management executives from internationally famous B-Schools including Wharton, Columbia, INSEAD, MIT Sloan, Berkeley, Kellogg, and Harvard.
• providing thorough and individualised information to interested executives who call and email about comprehensive leadership development programmes
• Making sure that information about lead conversations is updated in real-time on CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
• guiding and monitoring customer payments, timeframes, documents, and programme milestones
• establishing best practices for client interaction, such as standard FAQs, to make sure we are capturing value and recommending the right programmes
• In charge of ensuring that the inside sales process, tools, and data management are followed

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification, followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
