• Being able to respond quickly, be dependable, communicate effectively, and proactively assist in immediately resolving customer difficulties can help you gain the trust of your clients.
• Maintain continuous communication with the client operations team to guarantee that the proper car is ready for delivery.
• Become open to learning how to describe different automotive attributes to customers.
• Contribute to and support the creation of customer-facing processes for our new company.
• Your performance indicator will be the measurement of customer satisfaction.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.

Experience Required - Candidates must have at least two years of experience working in a call centre or a reputable retail setting. Candidates that are less experienced cannot apply for this position.
