• In order to ensure that services are provided successfully, communication with customers and the factory engineering/tech support team is necessary.
• proposes enhancements to processes, goods, and procedures. collaborates with members of the business unit.
• Keeping track of supplies and placing new orders when necessary
• Manage the preparation of quotes, customer orders, and payment tracking.
• Observes the designated turnaround time for calibration and maintenance activities.
• Keeps records of repair service activities as well as calibration and maintenance information for the tools used in the service centre.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
