Roles and Responsibilities for HR Assistant - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.
- Join forces with COEs to address irregularities in payroll, leave, and attendance.
- Own and oversee the station's associate-centered leadership practices in collaboration with HRBP.
- Together with HRBP, increase engagement and communication with the employees.
- By coordinating with HRBP and the WFS team, keep track of the headcount for LM.
- Connect with, mentor, and interact with the station's operational and support staff
- Become fluent in HR policies and assist the company with their adoption, adherence, and compliance
- CI and Station/Territory level work
- Keep the station's compliance with labor laws at 100%
- Close disciplinary actions, payroll, and benefits in conjunction with the manpower agency.
- Shows the use of the internet, the Amazon website, and rival websites.
- Demonstrates the capacity to use websites effectively.
- Exhibits expert understanding of email programs.
- Indicates the capacity to learn using a variety of mediums.
- Possibility of successfully adjusting to changes in the workplace
- Showcase interpersonal abilities with a wide range of clients.
- The capacity to assess consumer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Keep a consistent and reliable attendance schedule, following the specified daily timetable.
- Demonstrates the ability to resolve disputes through negotiation and de-escalation
- Takes responsibility for resolving complex customer concerns and escalates where necessary.
- The capacity to put in extra time as needed by the firm.
- Prevent problems, respond to questions, and satisfy customers.
- Respond to inquiries from clients by phone, chat, email, etc.
Selection Process Criteria -
