• Analyst – Risk and Compliance - {Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in any stream}.

Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

• Verify (Know Your Client (KYC)) data are obtained by querying internal and external systems. This will guarantee that client records are appropriately maintained and kept current within predetermined SLAs.
• Any suspect behaviour or activities should be escalated right once.
• Fostering customer advocacy, balancing different viewpoints, customer/client insight, and rules are all necessary to get the best possible customer outcome, which is in the Bank's best interest.
• Within the clearly defined parameters of the process, use your own judgement to compare genuine consumer information against a variety of sources.
• Notify discrepancies as they arise so that they can be investigated further and corrected according to established processes.
• Work closely with the Team Leader and the rest of the Team to provide exceptional performance.
• collaborate with the quality team and take any recommendations

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
