1. Process Associate.

Salary/Income/Pay-Scale - For the Process Associate post, the candidates will get Rs 4,20,000 Lac per annual Approximately. You can find more information about the job in the detailed notice mentioned last.

• Process Associate- {Any candidate having a bachelor's degree in any stream}.

Age Limit - For Genpact recruitment, candidates should be having minimum age of 18 years. There is no limit to upper age. You can refer to the detailed notification to get more information about your age. 

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.

Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

• Identify data gaps and problems with sample, contiguity, sales, and release, and offer recommendations and comments to the clients. Create and analyse Mainframe/Linux, excel, and maps reports for each geography.
• Create and update files and systems for data delivery. Create historical weekly data files based on client and type of data. Reevaluate the entire request in light of client modifications.    
• Multitask between multiple systems and streams of work at once 
• Create rules for processing and link different inputs as needed
