Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

Stakeholder/Business Management

• They serve all client business divisions with client-side interactive components using JavaScript and JQuery, ad development using a variety of mobile ad producer tools, expanded ad creation with page redirects with customised animation and image galleries, etc.
• Create creative artefacts for ads to the client's requirements and within the confines of the brand's and design guidelines.
• 
  
• Web:
• Within the agreed-upon TAT, create internet/intranet web pages in the required format while sticking to customer requirements.
• Customer relationship management (CRM): 
• Alert customers on how to update trackers, update necessary tools & programmes, and alert SMEs and TL of any new problems.

Only for voice processes: 

• Educate customers and effectively communicate information about products/services and/or troubleshoot problems within the time constraints established and agreed upon with the client.

• Establish a relationship with the customer and strive to exceed expectations.

• Keep SME and TL updated on new issues, create, categorise, and prioritise tickets, and update necessary software and tools.

• Effectively and efficiently probe to understand client difficulties, report incidents, and address all phone-in issues.

• Process executives are required to return calls promptly.

Process Enhancements and Compliance:

• Achieve productivity and quality goals in accordance with the predetermined deadlines.

• Ensure that the process specifications are adhered to and met.

Control, management, and execution of the programme:

• Respond to tickets and deal with problems relating to the relevant process.

• Report issues found in the CRM tool under the necessary categories, or escalate them to the SME or TL.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
