Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.

Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

• Within DARYL, Airbnb's Digital Asset Management (DAM) System, the Digital Content Specialist is in charge of organising, tagging, adding metadata, QC'ing, assigning usage rights to assets, performing asset search support for campaigns, curating thematic packages of assets, and reconciling asset deliveries. 
• They will collaborate with outside photographers and other cross-functional teams within the Global Marketing organisation in addition to supporting Airbnb generally and DARYL (DAM) technically.
• Teams from several departments, including Business Affairs, Creative, Marcom, Marketing, Photography, Production, and Programme Managers, are involved in global marketing.
• To facilitate team collaboration and the capacity to offer the best DARYL (DAM) support, working hours will be reasonably aligned with Pacific Time Zone.
